I have wind flowers popping up all over the beds much to my dismay. What is the best way to get rid of them? If I spray the leaves, will it kill the bulbs?

Japanese anemone, wind flowers - The best way to get rid of them is digging them out.  They can have a thick rhizome.  You can experiment using roundup.  Be prepared to protect your desirable plants.
