Lichen or Fungus? #383381

What are these growths? The large flower shaped growth is on a hardwood tree stump and the other one is on a downed dead tree limb.

These are beautiful types of fungi/mushrooms which grow on decaying wood. They help with the process of breaking the wood down, back to healthy soil.
