Effects of arsenic in water on vegetables? #382555

http://wellwater.oregonstate.edu/sites/wellwater.oregonstate.edu/files/arsenic_in_well_water.pdf is the best resource for using water with arsenic. Many plants will uptake some arsenic while growing, but not have it in the fruiting body. Depending on your comfort level depends on if you would grow items like kale, spinach, salad greens that would be more likely to uptake arsenic as part of their watery nature.
