That looks like mouse turds to me.

Well that's a pretty big mouse then, I've seen mouse tires and these are the size of a marker lid. So next best guess please?  I've blown the picture up so they could clearly bee SEEN and the white and yellow oozing stuff inside????

I can not tell. You could submit the physical sample to our diagnostic clinic. That would be the best way to be certain.
