Is it a Datura ? #369678

I found this plant growing in the street along side a wall in south of France in October.
Weather has been quite warm so far...
Is it possible to have a datura innoxia there ?
Flower diameter is about half a hand size or 4 or 5 inches (10 cm) the length more than 6 inches. The color is bright white. Thx

This does look like Datura from these photos. We do not have an expert in the region to confirm which Datura or how often they grow there. An internet search does bring up reference to it being grown in France and worldwide.
