Why did the petunia leaves turn yellowish white? #368679

I planted two honeysuckle plants near an archway. One looks verdant and healthy. The other stunted. Both received same amount of water. What could be wrong?

We'd need to see the plant or sharp photos to be sure, but what you have described suggests that it may be affected by powdery mildew. However, chlorosis and spider mite damage could also account for the symptoms you mentioned.
