So the first picture was taken a few weeks before the second can't remember how long....it could be less. Seem like the spider has gotten bigger in the butt area. I wanna know what kind of spider this is and if it's bad.

We'd guess that this is a type of orb-weaver, but your photo is not in detail or color enough for a complete i.d. The abdomen may be bigger now as legs may soon be laid.
Orb-weavers are good guys and belong outside as part of the circle of life.
