I'm curious which type of plant this is. It's in a little pot where I work. I'm sure it's some type of philodendron but not sure if there is a specific type. Thanks!

Thanks for your plant ID question! There are 2 plants that look a lot alike (to me), and I just want to mention both of them and tell you how they are distinguished one from the other. As you mention, it may be a variegated philodendron, which means that there are 2 or more colors on the leaves. Some, the white and green cells are almost the same number; others, like yours, have berry little white. Here's a link to an article on philodendrons and their care.
The other possibility, though, is that it is ahoya carnosa or wax plant. Here's a link to care of them. With enough light, wax plants produce beautiful flowers.
The difference between them, in terms of identification, is the thickness of the leaves, and I can't tell from your photo how thick they are. If rubbery, then it's a wax plant.
