Evergreen with leaf rust #364421

I have a two year old evergreen that has a number of its branches turning a rust colored brown. See accompanying photos. What is the problem and how do I cure it?

The browning is being caused by heat and drought stress.Prune out the dead and water sufficiently before the winter.
