How to identify a Black Hills Spruce tree #364051

I am having several trees transplanted. How can I verify that they are Black Hills Spruce vs White or other verities? Texture, smell ... See photos

It is difficult to identify a spruce on the basis of photos. If this is an important issue for you, I suggest contacting a certified arborist for an onsite evaluation:
