Need name so I can transplant

This small part of the plant is not easy to identify using just the photo. My guesses include a sedum, one of the stonecrops or Crassula ovata, commonly called jade plant. Compare your plant to images online for those two plants and see if either match. Send in a photo of the original plant if we need to guess again.
