Thanks for your plant ID question.  The middle picture is too fuzzy to see anything helpful.  Without knowing where you live, it's rather difficult to tell you, but it looks like a Bearberry (Kinnikinnick).  However, bearberry wouldn't be described as a bush, since it only gets 5 to 8 inches tall, but spreads 2 to 15 feet wide, so it would be described as a ground cover.

Perhaps I can be more accurate with more information.
