We planted a globe blue spruce about 5 years ago and have always been afraid to prune it because we don't know when to do it, how to do it, etc. Someone recommended that we contact you for expert advice, so that is finally what we are doing. One thing we are just curious about . . . Is it typical for this type of bush to be BOTH a dark evergreen color and a blue color as you can hopefully see in the attached photo?
