Is my bumpy zucchini edible?

My guess is your zucchini has some kind of virus, possibly zucchini yellow mosaic virus (ZYMV). I'd have to look at other parts of the plant to give a better opinion. Most of these viruses are transferred by aphids.

While I don't think eating this will harm you, it probably won't taste good. Read here about ZYMV and other viruses:
