This looks like it may be a volunteer,it may have crossed pollinated with a squash, gourd or pumpkin. Suggest harvesting one ,split in half and observe the internal color.A white interior would indicate some type of summer squash, a yellow or orange interior would indicate a type of winter squash.Try it but if you save seeds for next season ,you will get yet another type of squash.
