These creatures are in relative abundance on basement concrete floor.
Creatures appear fairly uniform in physical appearance: black, ~1 inch length, 50 years; but, only in last couple of years have they been so noticeable. This year: very noticeable.

Please reply with clear photos of the insect.
Attached file, "Bug.jpg," shows small collection of dead bugs.
The coiled bug seem to be about "0.25" inches in diameter; maybe a bit smaller.
We see these dead creatures scattered around the basement concrete floor. Don't seem to see any live ones at this time.
