What's this variegated, tall, flowering plant? #347550

It's growing in pea gravel, which is interesting... It's very pretty, but I've never seen it before...

The plant in the photo is Euphorbia marginata.
Oh, thank you so much for taking the time to respond! I've spent hours looking for this plant--I almost tasted a leaf :) WON'T BE DOING THAT. Ironically, I'm very allergic to latex--which this plant is known to produce (or however you describe it's association to latex)--so, I'll carefully remove it and a couple other of it's siblings or children that I think are the same thing growing nearby... this is in my very productive garden--though it's very pretty and unique, I don't think that I want it around...
