Hello
I have some royalty purple raspberries that are not doing very well right now. I have looked on some different raspberry websites to determine what's wrong with my raspberries but can't figure out what's wrong with them. I started with 10 plants in May and now there is 4 plants left. I have attached a picture which shows what is happening to the plants. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

From the picture of the leaf and your description is could be Phytopthora Root Rot which is caused by a soil fungus. http://ohioline.osu.edu/factsheet/plpath-fru-14 this fact sheet may be of some help in dealing with this issue.
My other recommendation is to take fresh leaf samples to your university plant pathology lab and have the leaves tested for a more definite cause.
