Queen Anne's Lace, Lily of the Valley, and shade plant questions #341677
Asked July 11, 2016, 10:50 AM EDT
Hi,
I have Lily of the Valley, and the leaves have been chewed by some type of insect. What's you best guess as to what insect, and how do I treat the problem?
Also, I'm interested in Queen Anne's Lace. While I thought it was a plant that is taboo, I've seen it advertised for sale. Is there a variety that can be used in gardens? If so, what type of sun does it need?
Finally, I'm creating a white garden in a heavily shaded area. While I have planted lower growing woodland plants, is there a white flowering plant(s) you could recommend that is 2'-3' tall?
Thank you.
