What is this white stuff on my pine trees? Are they eggs?
I have Sevin, Onslaught, and bugs be gone pesticides. Which one should I use? When should I spray? Should I spray weekly and alternate?
Can I just apply imidacloprid soil drench?

Hi,
It looks like some kind of pine scale. My knowledge of pesticides is limited so you might want to call the UConn Home & Garden Education Center<personal data hidden> on Tuesday and talk to one of the horticulturists who are better educated about pesticides and would be willing to suggest control measures.
