What is this weed? #338644

This is a tall 3 to 4 foot high weed with what looks like a double serrated edged long  leaf possible whorled in growth structure. (There is my butterfly bush in the background of this pic.  It has a chemical lemon smell when I pick it.  It seems very fast growing and invasive.

We think this is American Burnweed.
