My Cleveland Pear tree has quite a few leaves with dark brownish spots (as in pictures attached). Some of the leaves with such spots have turned red already. Is this condition serious and how can I treat it? Thanks!

Hello,
Callery pear tend to do this and it's normal. Those leaves, for some reason, were stressed or started to turn the fall color early. They may have been some of the first leaves to form on the tree or experienced another stressor. It could also be the tree naturally shedding leaves it doesn't need (often trees make more leaves than they need and drop them mid-summer).
The majority of the leaves look perfectly healthy.
