Hello,
You probably have some leaf mites, leaf fungal issues and other?
It's really to hard to diagnose these things with one or two images.
So, it would be best to get a Certified Arborist to go out to your residence and do a complete site and tree evaluation.
Possibly Bartlett Tree Experts are someone from the San Antonio Arborist Association.
