We had a black spot on all our gooseberries last year. This year we sprayed them with a product safe for fruit trees and the garden. Still we have worms. What should I do for next year?

Check with your county Extension office. They should have a "spray guide" for gooseberries that will have information about timing sprays in your area for various pests. Applying sprays at the correct dates is critical for controlling small fruit pests.
