I've looked extensively at pear leaf disease, and nothing quite matches your situation. Clearly the chlorophyll is yellowed out. If you look at the leaves under magnification, do you see any evidence of spores that would indicate a fungal infection. Is there anything in the environment, such as a chemical spray of pesticide or herbicide or fertilizer that could have landed on the leaves? I recommend you take a sample to your local Penn State extension and have them send it to the plant clinic for analysis and a plan of action. Here is a link to your local extension.
