My Kwanzan Cherry tree branches are not completely leaving and flowering out. I have
had the tree for about 4 years, it is about 4" to 6" in diameter and last spring and this spring some of the branches in the center are not filling out with leaves and flowers.

Expert Response
This is a beautiful tree even though fairly young at this point. Most decorative trees take a few years to develop to their full capacity. Your plant is just giving you a hint of what will come in future years. Be patient with it and it will surely reward you soon. Most ornamentals take seven years in the ground at a new location.
