Are these sweet potatoes? #326477

I planted sweet potatoes and some other plants last summer and these have been sprouting. They seem to have taken over my small garden! I just wanted to be sure. Thank you!

It is possible that unharvested sweet potato tubers could have remained in the soil over winter and sprouted this spring.
