 the plan is relatively sent all get up to about 4 feet tall so far grows mass variety there's been no seeds its just wild

It may be  Lapsana communis, nipplewort.  It is an introduced plant.  The plant is definitely in the Aster family and there are so many species in that family that they are hard to identify.  To confirm the identity, you should take a sample of the plant to your local Extension office.
