I can't ID it from that photo which is a little out of focus.  Also, it might be too young.  The first leaves look different from the "true" leaves that will come next.  I assume it's just a few inches tall?  Could you let it grow out a little and send more pictures then?  I can understand that if something you don't want, it's easier to pull when it's small but if you can wait a while, please try again.  (And some weeds grow pretty fast).
If you do get back to me, tell me about the area - is it in the yard of a home in a city?
