Out in the Texas Hill Country, near Lake Travis, I came across this vine growing abundantly. It produced clusters that looked like grapes, but lavender-colored flowers emerged. It looked to be a fairly aggressive grower. What can you tell me about it ? Scientific & Common name ? Growth habit ? Hardiness ? Three photos are attached.

Expert Response
I apologize I can not see the pictures. They are there but are not opening for me. However it sounds like you may have come across some wisteria. It producers a beautiful purple flower in grape like clusters and is quite a vigorous grower. Please contact the office if you have any more questions!
