I have three groves of Aspen Trees. Several trees have died and a few more have scars and injuries to the bark. These trees were planted about 13 years ago. Is there a cure or treatment for this? sample pictures are attached.

From your photos, the first one appears to be damaged from an animal (antler rub by deer). The second could also be from animal damage. Porcupines and squirrels are the suspected culprits here.
As for the dying off of several 13 years old trees. We would need to know at what altitude you reside. Aspens are known to struggle to survive at altitudes below 7,000 feet. Many have been known to live to be 10 years old, some live beyond, but most do not survive. Sorry.
