This weed has a rusty red flower and its stem is red and green, too. Each leaf resembles a profile of a fish with a tail fin. It grows and spreads low to the ground like Creeping Charlie

This weed appears to be sheep sorrel or sour weed, Rumex acetosella, a perennial.Check with your state extension office for their recommendations for controlling this weed.We do not make out of state chemical control recommendations.
