Expert Response

Hello and thanks for using the Ask an Expert System.

It appears that your plant is infected with a fungus.  The Panda Plant is a succulent that typically grows in a drier environment. Over watering or high humidity can lead to such infections.  I recommend that you remove and discard any leaves with the black spots.  Avoid growing the plant in an area with high humidity, and allow the soil to dry between watering.  Make sure that there is a drainage hole in the container and that the soil does not remain soggy after watering.
