Flowering tree in Georgia #309054

Can you tell me what kind of tree this is? I've gotten replies such as cherry blossom tree, Pearblossom tree but I'm not sure. It's almost 30 feet high right now. It flowers in the spring.

Certainly looks like a cherry. Most likely the cultivar is Yoshino -Todd
