I saw this plant outside a house in Minneapolis. It's got two layers of petals, one white and one pink. I'd love to know what it is so I can plant it myself!

Looks like some kind of collarette dahlia. I don’t know what variety. There are many. Dahlia' are not winter hardy and must be stored indoors over our winters.
