I recently moved to Grants Pass. The house we're renting has some plants in the backyard no one can identify. I want to care for them properly. One looks like a strawberry plant. The other I have no idea. Any ideas?

The first picture shows an oriental lily spike coming up next to a weed which is the yellow flower. the weed is Spotted Catsear.
The middle picture I think shows another type of lily. Maybe a hybrid of sorts.
the third picture is a strawberry.
