Hello, I'm interested in whether you can identify this Michigan weed. It has turned up in my garden and seems to have survived through the winter. It has grown out and has a diameter of about 1 foot, but it has never grown buds, so I'm having trouble identifying it without any flowers to observe. Thanks in advance for all your help!
