Besides manure, what are good fertilizers for above? I would appreciate a natural fertilizer and a chemical one. Thank you very much. Kathleen Hall

Blueberry and raspberry require very different fertilizers. If you are not growing them commercially, I'd just skip micro nutrient needs and only suggest on N, P, K choices.
Blueberry: natural fertilizer such as fish meal (or liquid fish for N)) or feather meal (N), bone meal (P), and little yard compost (K). Chemical fertilizer such as triple 16 will work fine. Don't use manure of any kind for blueberries because of high salts in the manure, which blueberry doesn't like it.
Raspberry: manure actually shall work well for raspberries. Or you can use the same natural and chemical fertilizer as blueberry.
