The picture you shared closely matches with Paphiopedilum premium variety "Veiled Charm" which is a cross between Paphiopedilum In Shape 'Wide Light' and Paphiopedilum Satin Veil 'White Aura' http://lehuaorchids.com/paphiopedilum/01107-paphiopedilum-veiled-charm/
