Hi there,
This looks like a Daphne. Possibly - Daphne odora, common name Winter or Fragrant Daphne. Pink buds in January open to light pink flowers in February and March. The scent IS wonderful - one of my favorites. Let us know if you have any further questions and enjoy the lovely smells or early spring!
