I got a exotic angel plant from Walmart, all of the sudden I noticed I noticed these green things, they are fuzzy and the plant stems are growing out of them, there are tons in the bottom on top of the dirt, like a web of them.

Your exotic angel plant from Walmart is a Bear’s Paw Fern, Aglaomorpha meyeniana in the Polypody family. It is one of my favorite plants.  The fuzzy things are why this is called one of the ‘footed’ ferns. They are really fur-like rhizomes that form at the base of the fronds and creep along the top of the soil or rock surface.  This fern likes to be a bit root bound and can be grown in shallow containers. This is a wonderful house plant since the beautiful deep bluish-green fronds/leaves does not dry out as quickly as ferns so misting is not necessary as often.  Bear’s Paw thrives indirect sunlight to partial shade with moist soil but well-drained.  Enjoy your beautiful fern!
