This is a Dracaena, sometimes called a Ti Tree.

I notice that you've sent several requests for houseplant identification for us at eXtension. While I don't mind helping identify some of the more difficult plants, you might find it faster and more rewarding to purchase a good house plant book. You can get quite a few of these inexpensively on Amazon.com, or at your local bookstore. I personally use "The House Plant Expert" by D.G. Hessayon. Another good one is "The Complete Houseplant Book: Identifying, Choosing And Maintaining Plants For Your Home, With An A-Z Directory" by Peter McHoy.
