Hi,
It looks like a kalanchoe to me. They actually are pretty tough plants if you don't overwater them. They should do fine with repotting. Just use a commercial soilless mix. The hard thing about these plants is getting them to rebloom. It needs about 6 weeks of cool temperatures (around 50 - 55 F) and 14 hours each day of darkness to set flower buds. Hope this helps.
