I don't recognize this plant right away. The leaf shape reminds me of Heart-leaf philodendron (Philodendron scandens oxycardium), but the stem doesn't seem the same. And what is the leaf texture? If fuzzy then even more unlikely to be the Philodendron. Photos are difficult to use for plant identification sometimes. Consider taking the plant to local Master Gardener Volunteers or a knowledgeable plant shop for assistance.
