Caterpillars in pine tree-webworms? #297047

These are on a pine tree near the beach in Tillamook County, central Oregon coast. Wondering what they are and if control is necessary.

Orange Hairy caterpillars on pine trees appear to be Lophocampa argentata, the caterpillar stage  of the silver spotted tiger moth. They can cause a rash on some people if handled without gloves. May cause issues with pets as well. Please use the following resources for reference on how to remove them if you determine to do this.
