Are there any established knitting groups in or near Scappoose, Oregon....or how can I start one?

Are you looking for a 4-H Youth Development Club or are you interested in an adult club?
If you are interested in a 4-H Youth Club we don’t have any in the area that are accepting members. If you are interested in starting a 4-H Club you can contact Kara at 503.397.3462. She can get you started on the application/enrollment process and give you more details.
I don’t have any information on adult groups in the area.
