There may be a variety of issues that this plant is experiencing:

1)    Water: How often are you watering it? How much water are you supplying?

2)    Soil/ Nutrients: Does it have proper drainage? Are you fertilizing? What type of fertilizer are you using? Did you follow the instructions?

3)    Temperature: What is the indoor temperature?
