Hi. My hydroponic spinach plants just recently began developing tan spots on the leaves. I can find no insects. Is this a nutrient deficiency or a disease?

Could you please describe how extensive the damage is to plants? Whether it is on lower or upper foliage, where in the greenhouse, isolated or widespread? Additional images of entire plant and planting would be helpful as well! Thank you!
