I hope you can help identify or refer me to someone who can help with tiny little brownish bugs on our porch. They can curl and jump a little if you touch them, but I doubt they are springtails. Thank you anyway! Photos attached.

The insects in your photos look like springtails. They like a damp environment and feed on mold spores. We have had a lot of rain recently and no control is necessary. See our website for more information http://extension.umd.edu/hgic/springtails
