It's a potted office plant and it's lovely.

This is Hatiora salicornioides, Drunkard's Dream. Also named Rhipsalis salicornioides. It has been a good houseplant for me, and a treat when it blooms. It doesn't need a lot of water, but more than some of the spiny cactus do.
